Can anybody explain for me whats the row score , and how many mistaks I have to pass for example ?

if you go to the technical report on the ADA website, you'll find that the minimum raw score historically has been around the mid-fifties per section in order to pass with a 75 scaled score (54/100 per section or 216/400 for whole test). no new statistical report has been put out for the new test so really nobody knows now.
