When can my professors submit LORs?

I asked a professor already for a LoR just to you know, be ahead of the queue, in case he gets swamped. He agreed.

So, when can he submit the letter electronically? Is it the day that the application opens, on June 1st?

Your professor can submit the LOR on June 1, but professors can be very unreliable honestly. They have their own personal lives, research, classes to attend to. The BEST OPTION is to create an interfolio and have all your professors prepare the LORs before June 1. Then YOU can submit the interfolio to your aplication. I saw a lot of people complaining about the service and how it delayed their letters, etc. Would you still recommend it despite those issues?

I would recommend it because Interfolio will save the letters for however long your subscription is and then come June 1st, if you have all of your professors/dentists write the letters, it will be saved and you simply need to upload the letter via Interfolio rather than waiting for the professor to do it one by one. (Professors and dentists can become lazy, busy with work, or simply forget, it is your job to keep get that letter). If you utilize Interfolio correctly, it should take Interfolio a few business days to upload the LOR's to AADSAS and theoretically your application will be sent out within a few days if every other aspect of your application is good to go. What complaints did you hear?

Tl;dr Get prof/dentists to write you letters now, upload them to Interfolio now, upload LOR from Interfolio to AADSAS June 1st.
