When did you begin to feel comfortable saying "I'm an orthopaedic surgeon" without feeling fraudulent to a certain extent? Was it when you became a senior, a chief, an attending, or even from day one of intern year (lol)?

After I did my first case as an attending. That means you're not a fellow or trainee, and are solely responsible for what you have just done. Before that, you're a student of sorts.
