I was complete since 6/13 and Transcripts in 6/05. I called them up today about my application status and 1 hour later my GPA was verified...Call in and ask about your status. It doesn't hurt to try...

Just got off the phone with a guy from aacomas that said 3-4 weeks after everything is recieved. YEAH this week?!?! for my transcripts 6/9, appturned in 6/12, payment recieved 6/19. He said I should be complete by the 19th so I will cross my fingers that it is in time for the next round of apps.

Under School Designations is says that they were Designated on 6/13 and Mailed on 7/7. It doesn't say the word Verification explicitly. But I guess it means that it was verified and mailed out to schools on 7/7.

i got a fee waiver only applying to 3 DO schools so i didn't hurt my piggy bank so maybe that's why they were fast with mine also i don't know how to use that feature of photoshop yet 🙁

I received that exact email today too....

No, in general I don't think it's a problem for the school to receive your letter before your app. They should just put it aside until they are able to start a real file on you with your verified app. That happened to me last year and I don't think it was a problem. But, some schools specifically state in their instructions that they do not want your letters of rec/committee letter until they request it (i.e. if they send you a secondary)...

So AACOM did process my application over the weekend like they said. It was sent out on 7/15/06, 1 day after my call.

Just to give another timeline here. My GPA was just calcuated some time today between 10AM-3PM and I've had everything in and paid for since 6/19 (1 month exactly). Not mailed out yet though... 🙁

I really want to see some secondaries! Does anyone know how long it took from the time GPA calc to "Mailed out status" to appear? Also how long after that did it take to recieve secondaries???

Its not a problem. They create a file for you in anticipation.
