When did you start prepping ?

So I take the MCAT in May, reviewed a couple of basic math concepts and I bought all the books that were suggested (TBR, TPRH verbal, and EK 1001 questions). I'm unsure about what to do next. I'm taking 17.5 credits next semester and I'm taking 14 credits the semester before the MCAT. I want at least a 25 (applying mostly to D.O schools) 8-9 in each section but I don't know when I should REALLY study. Or even how? I'm still debating whether I should take a diagnostic test or not first. I know physics will be the most difficult for me followed by gen chem/orgo. So when did you start?
