When do step 3 score reports come out?

I took the test starting on June 5th, still haven't gotten a score report. Any idea about whats going on?

Has it taken anyone else longer then 3 weeks to get their reports back?

People have said they sometimes don't send you an email, have you checked your examination portal (NBME/ECFMG)?

I also have not yet received my scores. I took my exam on June 5/6 and have been checking the NBME site regularly. Hopefully they will report tomorrow.

I have two other friends who took the exam at the beginning of June who also have not received their scores.

i took mine the 6th/7th and my score has also still not come out, last week when i frantically searched the website i saw that they do not post scores on the week of July 4th. Today the website says that my score report date is 7/9/14, but it is not a link to my score report and i have not received an email. I did however recieve an email from my state board saying congratulations on having passed step 3. Over a month of going nuts.
