When does everyone find out where they matched to?

I know an initial email goes out if you matched. But when do you find out where? The NRMP has this detailed schedule that makes it sound like you find out about it before the 'official' friday date.

You find out if you matched on Monday the 16th at 12pm eastern time and find out where on Friday the 20th at 12pm eastern
