When exactly are you considered late?

Hello fellow SDNers! 🙂 I'm sure this has been asked numerous times already, but I keep seeing a variety of different answers so I'm hoping for some clarification. Unfortunately, by the looks of it, AACOMAS is taking almost 7-8 weeks to verify. At that rate, my application won't be released to schools until about the end of October (my retake MCAT score will by in by the beginning of Oct) and I won't be complete until beginning of November. I have all of my LORs (including the one from my DO) ready to go and I will have pre-written secondaries by then as well. Will I be late? Btw, stats are: 3.9 sGPA, 4.0 cGPA, 1st MCAT: 25 (8P, 9V, 8B) 2nd MCAT: pending. I know I won't be early by any means....but is it out of the running by then? Kind of panicking and have been seeing others getting anxious too so thought I'd post. When exactly are you late? Like "you are now at a disadvantage for sure" late? Any advice @Goro? You're still fine if your apps are in by Dec.

You can never be too early for next cycle... just saying...

But your stats look good as now to get a few IIs, much more with 26-27+

Well, I've already submitted and I'm really hoping that this one will work out so keeping my fingers crossed. And thanks! I'm hoping my retake falls in the range/higher than you posted so hopefully it'll be good. I know you've also applied this cycle, so good luck!!
