When is interview season?

I'm planning my 4th year schedule and it would be useful to know when the majority of ophtho programs interview. I know it can span from October-January, but it's more useful for me know know when the bulk of interviews happen. Ditto for prelim programs. Thanks in advance.

November and December for ophthalmology with some interviews in September/October. I'd plan on having Nov. and Dec. being light.

Preliminary is pretty much when you want to go.
