When is your application considered complete and ready for review?

I would like to apply early for the 2013 cycle (month of June), and take the DAT later in the summer to allow more time for studying. Since some schools give priority to early applicants, would they view my early application without my DAT scores submitted or do they only look at the application once your DAT scores are in? Any advice?

You can submit your application in June and take the DAT later, but no your file will not be reviewed until it is complete. A complete file includes all necessary factors such as DAT scores, letters of recommendation, etc.
