hey guys! i'm applying this cycle to 24 schools, and i was just wondering, when should i be worried about how many interview invites i'm getting? i currently have one, and other schools are starting to give them out, but i haven't received any more. thanks in advance!

Don't start worrying until January-ish. Even then, there's still some hope.

think about it, you already have one, and there are thousands of others who have none, havent even been verified, havent submitted

be glad you have the one and dont worry, its still very early, just cause you might not have been in the first batch of interview invities doesnt mean you wont get any

Agreed.

I understand it's stressful, and it's normal to worry... But you're lucky to have one already. Just relax and be thankful for that.

I'm just thankful I haven't been outright rejected from anywhere yet 😉

Most schools don't send out their first interview invites until August. There are schools like Northwestern and Colorado who have yet to release their secondary. Having an interview invite now is awesome and bodes well for the next few months. So go relax for awhile.

Sometimes I feel the anxiety on these threads is contagious and probably not good for my mental health. I really need to stop checking my email every ten minutes.

All my interview invites were from Jan - May and I had 5 in total

Yeah, I didn't get any til September and ended up with 8 total, so no worries. I know how rough it can be seeing other people get invites though.
