When Should I send my app in?

I was wondering if sending my app in by mid july would hurt my chances significantly to get in. I have a sGPA 3.79 and a cGPA 3.77 with a 30S MCAT( 9VR 10PS 11BS). I have almost all the aspects of my AMCAS app done, but I am just waiting to gain some more shadowing experience. I also am starting a medical research job next monday that I want to add to my AMCAS app. Does applying by mid july effect my chances at all?

If you submit your primary application in mid-July, then it probably won't be verified until August. That means your application won't be complete at any school until the middle of August or later. Will that destroy your chances? Absolutely not, but it certainly won't help, and it might even do some harm. Just make sure to get your secondary applications complete within a week of receiving them or sooner.
