Let say I would like to apply for the 2013 fall admission.

I am currently in my second semester of college and I think it will take me about 2 more years to complete my prereqs

Yeah I essentially completed all my science pre-reqs the first two years, then I started taking upper level biology my third year and bought the PCAT book during final exam week before summer started. I took the June PCAT so I basically had most of May to study the Kaplan book alone. Then I used whatever time I had left in June to review it.

You can start now by doing well in those pre-req classes. Not only does it help your GPA, but you can expect to see that material again on the exam.

Doing well and learning in class is a great way to prepare for the PCAT. Notice I said learn, I didn't mention getting A's, as you don't always learn that way lol.

Usually you take it the summer before you apply. So prepare specifically for the PCAT before that summer.
