I've been trying to reschedule courses that I haven't been doing well in to raises my gpa but there are time interference in between courses for the Spring. I can register some of the courses next Spring but does that mean I would have to apply in June 09? I'm planning to take my PCAT this June. I don't think my GPA would be competitive if I apply this June. 😕 What would you suggest?

do you think one extra semester is gonna raise your gpa that much?
i was worrying about the same thing cuz my gpa isnt very good when i apply this june but i think there is something on pharmcas that you can list classes that you are planning to take for Fall 08 and Sp09 if you are applying for pharmschool in Fall09

If you are planning on taking courses in the Spring, you can "start" the application process in June, but most applications aren't up until later it the summer. Most people will submit, at earliest in August after finishing their applications and personal statements.

Hope that helps!

Apply as EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The earlier the better, especially for schools who have rolling admissions. If that means you hold off applying an extra year then so be it.

Good luck.
