So I have everything done but I'm waiting on GRE score to send to PTCAS should I submit it anyways or do I need to wait?

You should submit now. Your GRE scores can arrive later, but this way they can start calculating your GPAs now (that's the part that takes the longest).

Go ahead and submit! It may take a while for you to be verified and You want to make sure you will meet your deadlines.
