When to send a final LOI/Update before WL movement starts

While I'm fortunate enough to already hold one A, I am still holding out on the WL from my top choice program. Is there any specific time between now and May that is strategically best to submit a new LOI with updates?

I want to make sure it's seen before decisions are made for who to accept from the WL.

I agree with others who have said to send it now, but I'll also answer the question, "Why now?"
The earlier your letter can be sent, the more likely it will be taken into consideration.

Some advice for letter of interest writing: keep it succinct.

• Two sentences on why you are interested in their school specifically with regards to the school's culture, accolades, research, faculty, etc.
• Two sentences on how you would be a good fit there, linking what you have done with what you would do there and/or in medicine.
• Two sentences on any personal ties or interest you may have with the region.
