When to send transcript to AMCAS

I am on the quarter system and my spring grades come out near the end of June. I was planning to have everything submitted the first day possible(I'm a senior and already have my LORs on interfolio). It would really suck to have to wait until the end of June/early July to submit my primary. Is it possible to send transcripts that have my grades through winter quarter only? Then update later or something. . .

As long as you don't need the GPA bump the final quarter would give you, you'd be fine sending your official transcripts toward the end of May. You can list future classes on your application (without a grade), but once you submit, AMCAS will not update any grades you earn. You can do that yourself with update letters to individual schools.
