I just got an II from one of my top choices, and the school really welcomes updates. I have significant OR and clinic shadowing experiences plus more medical employment experiences to add. Should I update before or after my interview to continue demonstrating my intense interest?
 
discuss them in the interview and then send a formal update after the interview but before they make an acceptance decision.
