I'm applying to two special master's programs who have application due dates in May. They also have rolling admissions. Due to LOR issues I probably won't be able to submit my application until late November or December and will not be taking the MCAT until January at the earliest which concerns me. Will this be too late considering the rolling admissions?
Also, does anyone know if it's appropriate to ask a professor for a letter of recommendation when you are currently taking the class and have not received a final grade? I am hoping to ask my biochem professor for a letter closer to the end of the semester if I continue to do well in his class. Unfortunately I have had a hard time getting letters from science professors as they don't seem to remember me.
