When to submit supplemental fees?

I submitted my AADSAS app yesterday and obviously everything hasnt been verified yet. On School's websites, it states applicants must pay the supplemental fee the same time of the aadsas submission. Should I do it asap? or wait for aadsas to verify my gpa first?

What if I submitted the supplemental fees a month late? :/. I e-submitted on 7-3 and i thought we pay the fees when our application actually gets mailed out...Would this affect my application negatively?

I believe that might just delay your application a little further from what I've read on some schools' websites.
