I have heard so many different things about when the p/f system is going to go into effect. is there anyone knows the final ruling on this? If so, where can this information be found?

Correct. the only thing that changes for next year is that if you pass the exam, you can't re-take it to get a better score. only ppl who fail can re-take exam starting in 2010.

Thanks. When/IF applying for residency for Fall 2013 (if NBDE part I is taken in Dec. 2010), will the numerical score still be considered by admissions?
