whens the right time?

hey there, yes im only a freshmen in undergrad. but i had a few questions:

when is the right time to take the MCAT's
when should u start studyin for them, in respect to your test date
and..what subjects are more prominent
is there a lot of orgo chem and such?

Hey, I'm an undergrad too (sophomore) and from what I've seen on this forum, the right time to take the MCAT is somewhere around the end of junior year. In respect to the test date, some people will just spend a couple weeks reviewing while other might start a few months, if not more beforehand. As for me, I'm going to start studying this summer (May) and I'm not taking the MCAT until Spring 2008.
