Where are my supplements?

I applied Aug. 9. Sent my transcripts in around then and am unfortunately still waiting on my recs to be turned in...
BUT, I have not gotten any supplements?? Do they come in email or on AADSAS website, cause I don't see them anywhere!

what does applied mean? did you submit your applicant? if you did not submit, you will not get supplementary invites. once you submit, you should start getting them,

I recommend Flintstones. If you want to start beefing up, I would try protein shakes, creatinine phosphate, and a good shot of Metamucil.
