How much of this is from high school? High school EC's don't really count for much unless they're profound or continue into college, for the most part.

How do you see premed clubs as Fine Arts?
Totally agree- high school stuff isn't relative 4 years later when you apply to med school. You really need more current leadership activities. What exactly is included in your 132 hours of clinical work? As an FYI to you, it seems adcoms are not too impressed with mission trips. And again they were in high school so they really aren't impressive at all. Look at it this way-your high school stuff counted in your college apps. Now you need college stuff to help in the med schools app process.

Oh I just reread your post. MOST of your activities are from high school. You have tons of work to do on your ECs before you are competitive. How are your GPAs?

^This. Also, what year are you in college?

Whats your clinical experience???
You should try to do more volunteer work prior to applying. Also when doing volunteer work make sure it says something about you, rather than I am just doing this to check a box for medical school. I have seen this backfire on some people. Find something that interests you and find different ways to volunteer in it.
