I was a monthly contributor to a magazine, aimed at young-adults --> 20 somethings (in a foreign country)- and I suppose it's relevant, since I did address health-issues and questions which are important to that community.

I'm not sure where to list this, or if I should even list it at all.

So i'm published, but it's not academic. hm.....suggestions?

Sorry for all the Q's- but i've taken the day off to get my app in!

I used to work at a Public Relations firm, after graduating from undergrad (i was an Int'l rel major) That was back in 2002... is all this past-stuff relevant?

I would definitely include the magazine column in "other accomplishments" at least, if not publications since they were health related.

A lot of people include their entire work history in ERAS, even summer jobs waiting tables. That seems like overkill to me, but I can understand wanting to show that they were able to handle the responsibility of a job at an early age. If your PR job filled a time gap in your CV, or if you worked there for more than a few months, or if you had some significant reponsibilities--definitely include it.

Yeah, lots of folks were advised not to leave large gaps of time unaccounted for.
