Your answer doesn't have to be. Stick to a few things you personally know about and can flesh out if questioned. Don't include things you can't talk about, because if you get asked further questions about them, you'll look like an idiot.
I'd probably mention advancing technologies (digital everything, CAD/CAM, etc), GPs doing more advanced procedures in office, mid-level provider (if relevant in your state), future changes in healthcare policy (affordable care act), etc.
Again, it's more important that you can back up whatever you say.
