I am trying to locate the website where students comment their experiences from medschools. They also rank such issues as their curriculum, housing and clinical exposure on a scale from 1-5. I think Adcadet posted it a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks!

Actually, it has nothing to do with hockey.

It is a term used to described the exodus of Canadians going to the States for better educational/job opportunities in all types of professions. It is becoming a problem b/c Canadians take their Canadian training and put it into the American economy, hence BrainDrain.
