From my previous career, I have a couple of patents for bio-med devices. Where would I put this in Eras? Is this considered "Publications - Other" or should it go in Miscellaneous?

I would probably just list them as part of your work experience. But you could certainly list them in the Miscellaneous category. I would not list them as a publication, since patents are not "peer reviewed".

Good point on the peer review part, thanks! A patent attorney really doesn't evaluate the designs for validity, only that it is a unique claim / design.
