I am in desperate need of an full-time associate. I was wondering where the best place to post an ad would be. I live in a beautiful town in British Columbia, and although I am guaranteeing $100,000/year and a signing bonus, I still find it difficult to generate intetrest.

Heres and idea (if you havent thought of or done so already)....i know that SUNY and Berkeley or example have pages on their website for "practice opportunities"...unfortunately the only optometry school i have heard of (through this forum) in canada is Waterloo....So i just did the research now and found a page where optometrists post job opportunities. So maybe by listing one especially with the type of salary your willing to give in the area might be a good start ( i do see others offering 100K + in BC)

Its probably good also to go to other optometry school websites in canada and check for the same. Search for practice opportunities or something in the search bar.
