Which school provides the best school-owned housing for students in terms of size, quality, "moderness" (but not considering price)?
Most of these places just subsidize the housing, not so much actually provide dorms. Most schools do not provide housing to med students. Some of those that do are the New York City schools because of how unaffordable the area is, but i don't think they are particularly posh places.
To me, Mt. Sinai's dorms/apartments were pretty nice, at least compared to what I was used to. And the subsidized rent (~$600-700) to live in Manhattan is a big plus also. Most schools do not provide housing to med students. Yea, and after a cursory though my materials from the school/online, it's actually closer to $550, not including utilities.700$ rent in manhattan? Holy ****. That is one hell of a subsidy.
