This is a type of decision that hopefully you'll make on your own with the advice here and elsewhere.

Look into cost of living and costs post-pharmacy school. Look at the educational quality between each school. Look at where you want to spend your time for the next four years.

As much as I hate Hawaii, I think that Florida is worse.

where are you from? if your familiar with the culture of hawaii go there.......but if your not go to nova, cause being in a place you may not be comfortable at for 4 years isnt good...........
