which out of state schools should I apply?

I have bad scores on DAT.
PAT 15
QRT18
reading 17
BIo 19
Gchem 21
ochem 22
BS 20
AA 19

My Davis GPA is 3.49 and Community college GPA is 3.85.
I did so bad on PAT, I don't know which schools I should apply bcz i was looking at out of state schools and each school needs atleast 17 on PAT.
I appreciate for any suggestions.

Tufts (great school) requires just a 15 in PAT, so you should consider applying there. UPenn apparently doesn't care about low PAT scores either, since I got an interview with a 16. The rest of your scores don't look bad at all, so don't lose heart!
