which pharm text?

I'm not sure if I should buy Lippincott's Pharm book or Katzung's Pharm book. Any suggestions from those who have had experience with these two books? Thanks 😀

By Katzung's Review Book...AKA "Baby Katz"...much better than the full length version

Both are great - I'd probably go for Lippincott's since it seems (seemed) to be more relevant and easier to get through for the USMLE.

I use Rang & Dale, and quite satisfied with it.
Can't compare with those you mention; my school also recommends Katzung.

I use Brenner's Pharmacology. I really like it..you may want to look into this

I agree with Doctortobe, the small katzung was great for the course and for step 1. Fast read and to the point. The questions are very usmle-like.
