Hi All,

I know that many medical schools have different criteria for MCAT scores. Does anyone know which schools consider your highest score per section?

Thanks,
Steve

Steve,
Very few schools use this method. For specifics, you'll need to check the official 2009-2010 MSAR. Most schools are going to use your most recent score or your highest cumulative. :luck:

I agree - the majority of the schools will most likely consider your most recent score, though yeah, you need to look into the specifics of each school. Google them - it's not that hard to find the application details.

Superscoring? Sounds more like an undergrad policy to me...

I think yale and harvard do (one of them at least), I knew someone who interviewed at both and at one of the interviews they said she had a good mcat , a 37, but she scored 33 twice, so they took the best of each mcat. I'm not sure the reasoning behind that though....seems a bit too easy that way.
