Which TMDSAS GPA? Overall vs. uGPA

I cannot find this answer anywhere, including TMDSAS. My TMDSAS overall GPA includes graduate level work, which puts me at a 3.66. The fixed curve in graduate school was 3.0. However, my overall TMDSAS uGPA is 3.72.

Which GPA is most important? Moreover, which GPA is the one advertised on school admission sites, the overall GPA (which includes graduate work) or the "overall" uGPA?

Thank you. I'm just a bit discouraged TMDSAS lumps graduate work into their overall calculation.

Actually, they're all important. The cGPA needs to be high inorder to meet the school's minimum and for you to escape the auto-reject screening process.

The gGPA (graduate( can be important if it's for the pre-reqs, or for GPA repair to show AdComs that you can handle med school-like coursework.

Howwver, if your MS is research heavy, the your coursework in "immunochemistry" or Methods in Neuroscience" aren't going to help much. I don't understand what you mean by "fixed curve". surely you must know what your graduate GPA is?

If your cGPA is around 3.6, you're fine.

A fixed curve is when the mean GPA is predetermined. For instance, the "fixed curve" was set to 2.7 GPA. Thus, half the students would have a GPA greater than 2.7 or lower than 2.7. So, if you were in the bottom 25% of your class, your average GPA was likely around 2.05. Now you can see why I'm upset the TMDSAS overall includes graduate work.

TMDSAS just told me over the phone published entering class GPA are our overall undergraduate GPA, thus excluding graduate work and the TMDSAS GPA - in case anyone else was concerned..
