For those ones who took the part I exam already this year, which topics gave you the most difficulty or have the most questions asked? It will be great if you can list the order of topics that we should focus on from most to least important for:
Anatomic Sciences
Biochemistry-Physiology
Microbiology-Pathology
Dental Anatomy and Occlusion

There are 400 questions (100 from each of the 4 you listed above) so they are equally important. If you download the NBDE examination guide (which is a requirement to read before taking the exam) it has a breakdown of all of the questions, how many questions will be asked of each section, etc.
