hahah j/k, i think a business casual attire is just fine for white coat ceremonies, i've seen women where really nice dresses which look good too. guys seem to wear a nice shirt and tie. 🙂

For KCUMB it is business professional and no less. You will be on stage in front of an audience of your family, friends, and alumni. Your picture may end up in school publications. Some schools may have less formal white coating ceremonies.

I'll be coating people and will be wearing a suit. I wouldn't expect any less from the matriculants.
