I'm the student rep for Natura. Been doing it for about a year and it is a LOT of work, as I was the one who brought it to campus with a little help from StealthDog. 😀 I get paid $250 a month for 10 months out of the year plus student reps get to order 2 bags of food a month instead of one. I also get first dibs on any left over food that's not picked up.
I'm in charge of sending out the online order form every month I designed on Survey Monkey, compiling it all into an Excel file, and dealing with any and all problems that arise with the order and the program in general (of which is inevitable). I also get in the food order, sort it, label it, and help distribute it to the students and faculty one day a month. We do like 1-2 lunches a year (I hear I have a reputation for having awesome lunches) and pass out stuff for various events. It's quite a bit of work (talking to some of the other reps, probably one of the most labor intensive student rep job I've come across), but can't beat the benefits of awesome extremely high quality holistic pet food. Trying to make some good networking connections as well (Natura's head veterinary nutritionist is the president elect of the American College of Veterinary Nutrition, so I'm try to get the hook up for an externship).
