Do people really pay that guy to get info that they can get free here?
I would not be a resident physician now if SDN did not exist.

True. You dont like the guy so you give him free advertising. Good job.
600 bucks a pop * 100 medical students and then I can get a Tesla! Why didn't I think of that??So many comments and questions
9 out of 10 of us are fake?? this guys gonna give me an existential crisis cuz those are pretty high odds im not real
Also how come i cant get one of those cool physician/faculty badges
Why doesnt @Goro sell his advice for 600$ a piece?! Sounds like youre missing out on quite a cash cow there my friend
“how to get into medical school?” is a much simpler question to answer than this guy makes it out to be
How do i as a fake medical student have time to watch part of this video and make this comment? This is unfathomable
Wearing a surgical cap during a video is a pretty slick psychological move. I know he’s a gas resident, but honestly, it’s about showman ship and trying to sell a product.
That's not a surgical cap; it's a bouffant and it's for lunch ladies.
Actually only 9/10ths of each SDNer is real. I'm only corporeal from the shins downSo many comments and questions

Don't nurses have a whole campaign to make everyone lunch ladies? That's not a surgical cap; it's a bouffant and it's for lunch ladies.
He is really a sleazeball... Can't believe people would spend money in his garbage. Premeds are really naive then.Dr. Pinesett: The Pre-Med Productivity Expert
He sells a $600 "definitive guide" on how to "dominate" premed & applying to med school. Every single one of the things he sells also has a suspiciously perfect 5 star "rating". And yeah, all of his "advice" can be found online for free with a minimum of effort.
$250 for "How to dominate the MCAT without an expensive prep class". A little ironic eh? Spend 250 bucks to learn how to not spend money on expensive classes
$400 on personal statement "tips".... Wow.
I see a smart businessman swindling desperate people with more money than sense using very shady/manipulative tactics. This is sickening, I'm starting M1 soon and it really bothers me how some of these established physicians (my future colleagues) are leveraging their degrees like this to scam premeds.
Nothing wrong with being a lunch lady.

They tried, but it was found that surgical caps are less likely than buffonts to shed hair, etc. Guess they’re gonna have to continue feeling inferior.Don't nurses have a whole campaign to make everyone lunch ladies?
That just seemed like common sense to me, and a classic case of nurses pushing policy with zero research basisThey tried, but it was found that surgical caps are less likely than buffonts to shed hair, etc. Guess they’re gonna have to continue feeling inferior.
Welcome to medicine, enjoy your stayThat just seemed like common sense to me, and a classic case of nurses pushing policy with zero research basis

You'll be sorry when global warming hits and you're without a fire proof jacketNothing wrong with being a fireman either but you don't see me wearing a fireproof jacket to work

I feel like we should expose these people who are exploiting premeds and med students...You dont like the guy so you give him free advertising. Good job.

I don't think anyone will say let me buy this guy junks after reading this thread...
Sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking about LOL. If the advice here was so wrong and false, it would get shut down so fast already by word of mouth. Instead, it's always prefaced with the warning "SDN will make you stressed out but it's tough love brutal honesty".
I was the first in my family to attend high school, attend college, and get a graduate level education. I had no idea how to school. I had no idea what the MCAT was. I got into medical school solely because of SDN and will always defend its value as a resource to all premeds.

Wait till a Bovie ignites some **** in the OR.

It's happened.
Lol Goro not even exaggerating here you could prolly write a book “Goro’s Guide to Premed and Beyond” and just shill it on pre-md/do until they ban you (giving you more publicity) for a while and you could retire. Think about how active you are on here and the amount of traffic this site gets.600 bucks a pop * 100 medical students and then I can get a Tesla! Why didn't I think of that??
Almost 700k members. It's funny because of how ballsy it is. How many members does SDN have? This is the first 50,000 member conspiracy I've been a part of. It's been a long ride folks but it's been worth it.
I'm all for doctors being businessmen but this is straight up unethical. Profiting off the desperation of students already in debt when you're not providing a unique or valuable service is disgusting.
Almost 700k members.
dont forget to subtract the fake adcoms.yah but 9 / 10 are fake so it's really only 70,000 members

There was a thread about this exact video in premed earlier.
SDN called outWhich ADCOM is he talking about! Thoughts on this?
See, I figured my hair is too long/thick to wear the bouffant cap and trust it. So I throw it all in a tight bun, tie a cap around just that, and then put a cap on normally and tie it under the bun. The only issue is when I forget to take off both caps and walk around with my head uncovered but my bun tied up in a bright blue sock (my solution being to just rarely take off either cap).Sigh. My hair is too long and thick to fit it all under a cap, so I’m stuck being a lunch lady forever. Fortunately I know some badass male orthopods who wear bouffants so I don’t feel so bad. It’s either that or shave my head and somehow I don’t think that look would work on me—>

Are you saying that the never ending stream of threads about NPs/AI/sky is falling is actually a russian troll scheme?![]()
It is Me, totally normal American medical student. Here to help American premed get into very good med school. Also To post opinion on SPF forum. I as medical student have gun.
