try to relax a little on sunday. go in there with a good attitude. You prepped hard for this, spent the last 2 yrs on this, you CAN do this. Be confident. I think it helped me a ton! Confidence!!! 👍

Monday as well.. this past week has been a progressive "Loss of my sh1t". Im barely sleeping at this point. Very glad I went to the doctor about it.

That was me last night. Think I got most of it out of my system, the waves of nausea/chest tightening are much less severe today.
