Why do white/caucasian people get more race threads?

I've been up all night so the only fun thing I'll be doing today is probably sleeping. It's just grinding on my nerves to see yet another thread posted when there's already another thread addressing this within the top 3 pages.

And if the threads did anything OTHER than whine about other threads, I wouldn't even care, but as it is they're not even properly titled as whining threads. Extremely, ridiculously, redundant whining threads.

Really, I'm posting this for the benefit of the hordes of idiots who am I sure are ALREADY thinking about posting the next iteration of this thread. Perhaps this will make it clear to them that they already have MANY caucasian threads to choose from, and heck, at least 10 of them aren't even locked! But perhaps they can't see the search link properly because their Klan hoods are limiting their field of vision, thus meaning that they will have to yet again repost the same thread.

Nah, it's probably part of a complicated (and yet, unbelievably stupid) plot to make sure that caucasian threads remain the majority of ethnicity threads. You can't really have the other ethnicities making up the majority of the threads, so clearly the answer was to post the same thread over and over and over, ensuring that caucasian threads would be the majority thread type amongst the ethnicity threads.

Or am I just getting too paranoid? :scared:

who cares? why is everyone so quick to pull the race card? does it really matter? the info you get is the same info everyone else gets. give it a rest and stop being so butt hurt.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the "How many White Males are there on here?" threads are just sarcastic responses to all the other ethnic/race threads. Maybe you're right about the larger number of white guy threads, but theres no substance to them anyway; I'm guessing they all start out with something like, "I figured since the Jewish female hermaphrodites had their own thread that us white males should" (correct me if I'm wrong)... Could it possibly be that becase caucasians are the majority in the USA that their threads outnumber minority threads? Could it be that I'm correct in that some people just do it out of spite? Probably the latter, but who really cares? You're obviously losing sleep over it, so what is it that makes you "paranoid"?

nobody is freaking out or trying to "get more threads" than anybody else (as far as I know). and what if they were? do you feel slighted that some threads are started more than once? wow. do you think that if a white person were to complain about latino posts as you are doing with white posts, they wouldn't be banned. I bet they would. so consider yourself fortunate and realize that even though i'm white, i care about you and wouldn't want to do anything to upset you (even if you are overreacting

I agree with armybound, the white threads are rarely taken seriously, and so they tend to die off quickly. Usually they are just a reaction to an URM thread that some troll felt the need to post anyhow, though occasionally the OP might be sincere.

In any case I really doubt it's some grand conspiracy to keep the minority threads down. But then, being white, I suppose I could be part of the vast white majority conspiracy on SDN, so likely I am in fact trying to suppress you right now, just on the suspicion that you're an URM.

...and I am kidding in the last paragraph, in case you couldn't tell.

I think its funny that everyone on here wants to be a doctor, and therefore should be highly intelligent with highly evolved critical thinking skills if they want to reach their goals, but are apparently incapable of understanding the point that the OP is trying to make with this thread.

The "white" threads are created primarily to mock/ complain about/ call attention to the many race-focused threads that are on here, but actually, there are more white race-focused threads than any other type. It's called IRONY, people.

And before you get all defensive, just because you are white and reading this does not mean that you are in anyway connected to the "white" threads, or that the OP is pointing the finger at you. I mean, I'm all for racial solidarity or whatever, but damn.

Umm dude that was a joke. No, seriously, I was kidding. Who in their right mind would really think it's a conspiracy to keep the white man on top, lol. Plus I also pointed out that these threads are really just whiner threads about the other race threads, so...yeah. Obviously I don't actually believe that there is a vast conspiracy, and I didn't expect anybody to believe that I would believe such a thing.

Oh, and I think the paranoid ones are obviously the unbelievably insecure people starting yet another white/caucasian thread. Seriously, do the other ethnicity threads bother them so much that they feel the need to CONSTANTLY make new white threads?

Although I totally thought you were banned already by the time I made this thread (no, seriously, I thought he was already banned?), the title is pretty obviously tongue in cheek, as I am well aware that threads are not bestowed upon people by the SDN gods. In fact, the very fact that I created a thread would seem to hint that I realize this.
