hello - am thinking of a career in OT or one of the counseling (rehabiliation counseling, mental health, or marriage and family therapy) and when doing research, i found that the average salary for OT is in the 50 range while the salary for counseling was in the 30 range...

does anyone know why OT is paid more than counseling?

Thanks!
