Why hasn't Pearson sued Dr Collins?

Everything from Dr Collins is straight off from Pearson PCAT. Surprised Pearson hasn't sued for copyright, yet Dr Collins goes around the SDN forum giving warnings for copyright. Did Dr Collins buy the rights to Pearson's tests/material?
