I checked the predents admission statistics, and found rejected applicants even have high GPA (3.7/3.66) and DAT( e.g, 22/22/20)
meanwhile the school(BU) average accept score is GPA(3.53/3.49) and DAT is(20/20/20).
what is other reason behind these rejections?

Because they don't have well-rounded applications. We don't know their personal statements, we don't know their extra-curricular activities, etc.

lets get something straight, people with above 3.5s and 22s DON'T GET REJECTED by the majority. Sure there are a sprinkle of rejections here and there, but MOSTLY, these are the perfect applicants. They almost always get 1 acceptance (assuming ofc they applied to more than 2-3 schools)

Now the reason for the rejections could be a combination of things, one (LEAST talked about in SDN) is lack of professionalism with the AADSAS application: miss-spellings, bad grammar, flat out wrong information, pompous personal statement, bad personal statement (example "I was born to drill.", that was the whole PS), terrible interview/people skills, etc.

With great stats, rejections most likely come down to poor personality and/or red flags such as criminal convictions/bad recommendations or poor communication skills (like what DentalWorks already discussed).

You will not get rejected unless you give them a reason to do so pre-interview.

If you have a good GPA and DAT, then there is absolutely no reason to reject you based upon those two criteria if they are above the accepted average...

Similarly, I also believe that they won't give you an interview nor will they reject you but they will put you on hold, if they think that you are a competitive applicant but unlikely to attend the school.
