Good question. I moved that section lower because I wanted to bring the site’s key content and resources higher in the forum list, especially for new visitors. It wasn’t intended to make Site Suggestions harder to find, though I can see how it might feel that way. New members are directed there once they register.

We’ll keep an eye on usage and feedback and can adjust the placement if it isn’t working well.
