Why No APMLE for New York 2016?

Hello,

I was looking at stats for NYCPM, and it states that the class of 2016 did not take the APMLE CSPE. I gather they took the written test, for which they say a 93.1% pass average, but why didn't 2016 take the test?

No students took that exam in 2016. I'm not sure what happened, but even the official board exam website says so.
