Wildcard Letter of Recommendation

I am an independent MCAT tutor and one of my pupils has offered me a letter of recommendation from her father. Her father is part of the teaching faculty for a prestigious medical school in Philadelphia. I have never worked under her this doctor, nor have I really spoken to him, though I am told he will sign any reasonable letter that I present.

My question to you, SDN, is how should I draft this letter of recommendation to be signed?

The ethics of this is questionable...

I'm guessing he teaches at UPenn.
