I decided to appeal my patient rejection deduction points. My ops score was 3 and after deduction, my score become a failing score. Anyone who appealed WREB can please share their experience?

Thanks for the links.

I am appealing the deduction points for a "non-qualifying" lesion.Several faculty reviewed my radiographs after rejection and considered it in DEJ. I hope they will upheald my appeal, and then my score will be passing.

that's pretty strange, several of my classmates that had lesions which appeared questionable, (whether the decay reached the DEJ), had their lesions approved. There were at least a couple that really looked questionable to me, but they were approved. good luck, however i understsand it's pretty costly to appeal, but hopefully things will work out in the end for you. let us know what happens. :xf:

Yes,I know, my other lesion that got approved was questionable too and it got approved. That is why I do not understand why the "very clear" lesion I had got denied.I am hopeful too and I will keep you posted...I already signed up for another site examination but I have no idea how I am going to find patients willing to fly with me for a restoration...Any ideas?

Oh well, WREB denied my appeal. Reason: no administrative or clerical error. That is the story, their judgement can not be questioned.
