Medical Will it matter for residency applications that I didn't hold the presidency in my medical student group?

Hi. I am a medical student and I really cared about being the president of this student club, but I ultimately didn't get the role. I have another role on the club, but I'm not sure I'm happy with it. How important is it to do student clubs in medical school when applying to residency? Is it okay if I only have 2-3 overall? Is it important if I am president on it?
