Hey guys. I'm nearly done with my application. The only thing left are my LORs and personal statement. I'm pretty much done with the personal statement but just need to make a few edits. As for the LORs I have three but I'm worried that two of them may not be the best. I have one from an English professor from last semester and two pharmacists who I work with. The only problem is that I started working as a tech trainee since the beginning of September so they only know me for about 2 months. I work about 16-20 hours a week so it's been about +120 hours. Will the length of knowing my references hurt my chances a lot? I have a gpa of 3.75, PCAT of 92, and I was told from my health advisor that my personal statement is really good. Will the LORs hurt me dramatically? I have no one else to really ask. Thanks.

120 hours should be sufficient time to access an employee and determine whether or not they warrant a good or bad LOR in my opinion. My pharmacist LOR was from a pharmacist that I volunteered with for about 100 hours over 5 months and I have an interview this Friday. Do you have other options for LORs? If not, theres not a lot you can do about this issue anyways so I would just roll with it and apply and see what happens.
